PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, PADI Specialty Instructor, EFR Instructor.

Often confused around Asia as Craig Bellamy or a male super model, Noah first discovered his true passion for swimming with the fishes as a little kid. He grew up in Miami and the Florida Keys, and was swimming before he was walking. His grandfather used to take him out to swim with the manatees, manta rays and nurse sharks, and this is how he spent most summers. He received a Bachelors in Mathematics in 2003. After graduation he spent a few years working in Ethiopia with AIDS orphans and working with Atlantic records in NYC. He then decided it was time to pursue a job in international education. He got a job working as a full time Mathematics teacher at an International Community School in Bangkok. It was here that he used every holiday to go scuba diving. He eventually found a home at Big Blue Diving in Koh Tao. He completed his Dive Master training and led divers around the beautiful reefs in the gulf of Thailand.

In 2008, Noah decided to change teaching jobs and move to Hong Kong. It was also in Hong Kong that he decided he wanted to combine his teaching love and diving love. So in 2009, Noah completed his Instructor Development Course through Mandarin Divers. Since completion he has thoroughly enjoyed every opportunity to jump in the water and teach. Noah says, "There is nothing more exciting than seeing a student have a lightbulb go off as they understand what they just learned." With this perspective and his teaching background, Noah makes every class and underwater experience fun, safe and adventuresome.

He is currently a high school math teacher at International Christian School in Shek Mun where he also coaches volleyball, football, and heads up many after school clubs. Noah lives in the New Territories and you will often find him and his wife, Maria, stand up paddleboarding around Tolo Harbor soaking in the beauty of nature.
