With more than 10 years of recreational diving experience, after 1000+ dives travelling and exploring many famous and remote places of the world. Edmund is now pursuing his passion of diving and marine conservation through diving instruction. Through teaching, sharing his passion and experiences, he hope more people can enjoy the sport of scuba diving at the same time bring up with the right attitude towards conservation of our environment.

Born in Hong Kong, educated and lived in Canada for more than 20 years, Edmund is a nature and outdoor lover, besides diving, he enjoy many other outdoor activites like skiing, mountain trekking, canoeing, astronomy. After working 15years in the information technology industries, he is now owner of a diving theme restaurant called SAFETY STOP in Hong Kong, as well as an active part time instructor for Mandarin Divers. Edmund Yiu is certified as PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Emergency First Response Instructor, IANTD Normoxic Trimix Technical Instructor, IART OC Level II Extended Range Instructor. he is currently looking to further his fields of training into technical diving in wrecks and caves as well as rebreather.
